Sean W. O'Neill
Legal Education: Attorney Sean W. O’Neill is a 1997 graduate of Drake University Law School. He earned Order of the Coif honors by graduating in the top 10% of his class. He was voted by his class to be the most likely to become a law professor.
Legal Experience: Sean has more than 10 years experience of aggressive representation in civil and criminal matters. He has assisted numerous injured people with their car accident, personal injury and worker’s compensation claims and achieved excellent results. He also practices in the areas of criminal and drunk driving defense. Sean has expertise in family matters such as divorce, child custody and adoption. He is a member of the American and Wisconsin Trial Lawyers Associations and the Wisconsin and La Crosse Area Criminal Lawyers Associations. Sean holds licenses to practice law in Iowa and Wisconsin.
Community Activities: Sean is actively involved in his community. He is a member of the Onalaska Lions club and the Centering Onalaska Community group. He has guest lectured at both U.W. La Crosse and Western Wisconsin Technical College on issues of Constitutional Law. Sean lives in Onalaska with his wife and three children.
